I recently participated in a local craft sale. These are the gift tags that I made & sold most of them. They were 12 tags for $3. I used my scalloped square punch(I think it's the purple one by Marvy Uchida) to punch the Kraft paper and then cut out squares of designer paper and plain white to stamp To & From on.
